As the Senior Document Controller - Tender Administration, you will be responsible for managing the documentation and tender process for all projects. You will ensure that all documents are accurately and efficiently processed, stored, and retrieved in a timely manner. This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the documentation process for all projects, ensuring that all documents are accurately recorded, stored, and retrieved. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all documentation is completed according to the project timeline. • Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for all project-related documents. • Review and verify all documents for accuracy and completeness. • Prepare and distribute tender documents to relevant parties. • Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other external parties to ensure timely submission of required documents. • Monitor and track documents to ensure they are processed and approved within the specified timeframe. • Provide regular reports to the management team on the status of documents and tenders. • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the document control system. • Train and mentor junior document controllers on best practices and company procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. • Excellent knowledge of document control procedures, standards, and systems. • Proficient in using document control software and Microsoft Office applications. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Senior Document Controller - Tender Administration

To ensure adequate and effective support to the Marketing Department with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and expediency. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities: &nbsp;<ul><li>Daily production of all advertising pieces such as flyers and newspaper ads.</li><li>Utilize various graphic software programs to design and produce brochures, ads, and flyers for print and offline.</li><li>Must be versed with photography as site visits and event capture are required.</li><li>Create collateral for outdoor signage.</li><li>Supervise outdoor installations (flag poles, hoardings, etc.).</li><li>Service internal corporate departments (customer service, developments &amp; HR).</li><li>Rework and adapt agency guidelines into new collateral.</li><li>End-of-year Annual report.</li><li>Coordinate with awarded service providers/media buying agencies for timely submissions.</li><li>Create relevant collateral from concept to execution.</li><li>Documentation and archiving.</li><li>Regularly inspect outdoor hoardings and check print releases.</li><li>Produce mockups for proposals.</li><li>Presentation reworks for management submission.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, rules, and procedures related to Health, Safety, and Environmental Management. &nbsp;</li></ul>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
